Esther is the broker/owner of EXIT EZ Realty as well as an active agent. For nearly 10 years she has been building an agency that honors productivity and success through teamwork, excellent training and always taking the high road.
She says real estate is a treasure hunt where everyone wins if it is done well. Always learning, because things are always changing in this profession, Esther prides herself on passing on her knowledge and experience to her Realtors®. She has also designed her company so that it has a collaborative and supportive structure that allows real estate agents to learn from each other and thus serve their clients with the best and latest real estate information.
Esther has lived in Central New York for several decades. She is a graduate of Syracuse University and lives in Syracuse with her husband. Her three children have grown and "flown away." But she still feels that the Greater Syracuse area is the best place to live.
