Central Vacuum Systems and You
As I had discussed in my previous blog, there is a hidden secret here in Central New York. The Central Vacuum System which is a great asset when selling your home. The Central Vacuum System is a system that allows you to not have a closet full of vacuum cleaners that no longer works and that you have paid good money for. The System is installed directly into any home, existing or a new build. The system is a very useful item and increases the value of your home by thousands of dollars. The system lasts years and is not as expensive as some high end vacuum machines.
As I said, the system can be installed in any home and has many applications. Star Installations installs central vacuums in homes where children and parents have allergies. We have installed vacuums in homes where dad has a wood working shop and all of the dust and shavings can be picked up without the dust of sweeping and using a vacuum with a bag. The system is vented outside and therefor eliminates all of the dust and dander and dust mites that any home has. This feature helps with allergies and allergens that are in every home. The system has a HEPA filter system as well as being vented outside of the home. The installer will put inlets in and pipe all of your dust and dirt to a central canister that you empty every three months or so depending on the amount of vacuuming you do. The system comes with a full lifetime service warranty and is backed by a company that has been around for over 60 years.
The only item that is stored in your closet is the hose which can be hung on the wall. There are several items that I have installed at my home which are very helpful. I have a vacuum pan which allows me to sweep up my kitchen floor and use my toe to open the pan and sweep away the collection without ever bending over! There are other outlet options such as an outlet in the garage where you clean your car or boat out. No more lugging the vacuum out to the garage and having to worry about filling the bag with all of the debris that collects. We can install an outlet in the laundry area so you can make sure that your lint trap doesn’t build up lint and cause a fire. Just plug the hose in and you are ready to clean up!
If you have any questions about an installation or pricing, please call Star Installations at 315-414-6612 and ask for Nate. The investment is worth the clean air and convenience.
